What happens after I send the form?
A person from our team reads your brief and replies within one working day, by email, phone or WhatsApp, whichever you chose. We talk the idea through, then send a written quote with the scope, cost and schedule, fitted to your budget.
Do I need a complete brief?
No. Pick what you need, answer what you can and skip the rest. Every question after the first is optional. We will work through the details with you.
Does it cost anything to ask?
No. Asking and the written quote are free. Paid work starts once you have agreed the scope and price in writing.
What if I don’t know my budget?
Choose “Not sure yet”, or leave it out. A rough range only helps us suggest a sensible first phase; it never decides what we quote.
What does the assistant do?
The assistant helps you describe your project and fills in the steps for you. You check everything on the review step and press send yourself. A person from JOV reads every brief and replies.
