A few things to know.
Where are you based?
JOV is based in Gqeberha (formerly Port Elizabeth), in the Eastern Cape. We work with businesses across South Africa over calls, email and shared previews. Local meetings can be arranged when useful.
Who will work on my project?
You work directly with our small team. The people discussing the requirements also design, develop and support the work.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes, where those systems support the connections your project needs. We review the available integrations and access before including them in a quote.
What sits outside your services?
Day-to-day social media posting, photography and full brand identity work sit outside our standard services. Online stores are assessed individually. We will explain any specialist help your project needs.
What happens if we move to another provider?
Your domain, content and customer data remain yours. On final payment, the design and code we wrote for your project become yours too. Third-party tools and JOV platform services have their own licence terms, and we explain those in the handover.
