Are you based in Port Elizabeth?
Yes. JOV is based in Gqeberha, formerly Port Elizabeth, in the Eastern Cape. We do not run a walk-in office, so meetings are arranged in advance at your premises or somewhere convenient.
Which areas do you cover in person?
Gqeberha and the rest of Nelson Mandela Bay, plus Jeffreys Bay and St Francis Bay. Everywhere else in South Africa we work over calls, email, WhatsApp and shared previews.
How much does a website cost in Gqeberha?
It depends on the number of pages, how much content needs writing, and features such as bookings, payments or connections to other systems. We quote every website individually, in rand, after a short conversation. Asking and the written quote are free, and if the first quote is more than you planned, we suggest a smaller first version.
Can you help my business show up on Google Maps?
If your business is eligible, we set up or tidy your Google Business Profile and make sure the website, profile and listings show the same name, number and service areas. Map placement depends on Google, distance and competition, so we cannot guarantee it.
Can you redesign the website I already have?
Yes. We review what the current site does well, keep the addresses that already bring in visitors, and redirect the ones that change so you do not lose the search history you have built up.
Who owns the work?
Your domain, content and customer data are yours. On final payment, the design and code we wrote for your project become yours too. Third-party tools and JOV platform services keep their own licence terms, and we explain those in the handover.
