Custom software and automation.
Focused tools for the work your team repeats every day: quoting, job tracking, reports, reminders and the hand-offs between systems. We follow the process first, then build only what it needs.
A good fit when
- A spreadsheet has become the system, and everyone edits their own copy.
- The same information gets typed into two or three places by hand.
- Someone spends a day rebuilding the same report every month.
- Off-the-shelf software covers most of the job, but not the part that matters.

How it works.
-
Follow the work.
We walk through the process with the people who do it: what comes in, who handles it and where it waits.
-
Agree the first version.
A written scope and quote for the smallest tool that removes the biggest delay. Larger systems are planned in stages.
-
Build and test with your team.
You use working screens early, with your own data, and we adjust them before launch.
-
Hand over and support.
Training, permissions, backups and documentation, with ongoing support if you want it.
Questions people ask.
What kind of software do you build?
Internal business tools: quoting and job tracking, client records, dashboards and reports, approval workflows, and connections between the systems you already use, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and industry software that offers an API. We also build customer portals where a business needs one.
Is custom software better than buying a product?
Not always. If an existing product does the job, we will tell you. Custom software makes sense when your process is what sets you apart, when your team is stitching several tools together by hand, or when no product fits how you actually work.
How do you price custom software?
We review the workflow, users, data and integrations before quoting. The proposal describes what the tool will do, what it costs in rand and the planned delivery stages. Asking and the quote are free.
Can you automate work without replacing our systems?
Yes. Many projects only connect what you already use: moving enquiries into a job list, sending reminders, or copying data between systems on a schedule. If a system offers no way to connect, we tell you before quoting.
Do you build AI tools?
Yes, when AI is the right tool. We connect it to your approved documents and systems for search, summaries and draft replies, with access limits and a person reviewing its work. If a simple rule would do the job more reliably, we recommend that instead.
Who owns the work?
Your domain, content and customer data are yours. On final payment, the design and code we wrote for your project become yours too. Third-party tools and JOV platform services keep their own licence terms, and we explain those in the handover.
